but it would be nice to have a streetcar or max in a better location and not on powell.

Lol. Yeah, I live and work in Inner SouthEast. I guess someone from Canemah would know what the better location is.

if the orange line doesn't get built se is going to get a streetcar

they are 50 50 on that, i think

What are you talking about? The orange line isn't like, up for debate or something. The bridge is already under construction as are all the alignments...I know there are some protestors in Clackamas arguing over how different parts of the budget are getting paid for, but there's certainly no "50/50" question of whether it's going to be completed. Trust me, I live on the orange line and watch the construction every day.
