I've had issues in suburban Atlanta. One of them is that I don't have car. I feel like I would get around easier in Portland. Another thing is that I've had quite a few social issues in Atlanta. I have a relative in Minneapolis, so she might know a few things. I've lived in the PNW area, so I am familiar with the culture. Have you tried being a Mariners fan in the Atlanta area? I've been a laughingstock for it. I see Portland as being more progressive.
