The Lights on Peacock Lane, Portland, Oregon

There are others, but this is free and it's done by the whole neighborhood. If it's cold, they will serve hot chocolate. It's been a Portland tradition for decades.

Zoo lights and Peacock Lane are the only two I go to there might be others but I find drive by lights kinda sterile
