In that scene we were looking across the river with Forest Park/ the West Hills in the background, so it had to be in NE/N somewhere, well I guess N if it was north of the Fremont Bridge. It looked really nice- not a perspective I've seen before.

It was funny though that they had the doors flung open and were wearing short sleeves- I guess it's not supposed to take place in real time.

Not that I get retentive about these things but...

Playing with Google Maps/Earth, I'm starting to think it's somewhere in between the University of Portland and the railroad bridge west of the U of P, because the RR bridge wasn't in the shot looking upriver but you need to be downriver that far to get Big Pink to appear directly behind the Fremont bridge. Maybe some new construction on N. Warren or there abouts?

Not only shirt sleeve weather but no rain either. Truly a fictional account of Portland.

You're welcome!

I can't edit the original post above but wanted to add "Dr" to it (which I forgot to do) to make it 100% complete/correct (but it's good enough to put into Google Earth and find without "Dr" entered). So the complete address is:

3739 N. Melrose Dr., Portland, OR 97227.

Googling that address will turn up pictures and other info on it (like it's an $800K+ house!) at sites such as Redfin, Zillow, etc.

Enjoy...

So Renard actually downscaled a little bit since everything on the 16th floor of the Encore (his previous abode) is $1M+ and I think "his" unit on the east end is closer to a buck and a quarter, if not more.

Nice to have that royal family trust fund to tap into

Good job tracking the place down, you're now an honorary member of the Grimm "Scooby-Doo" Mystery Inc. gang! Now it's Wu's turn...

We saw "Nick" and "Juliette" holiday shopping on 23rd in the Alphabet District tonight. Didn't say anything, they were holding hands and seemed very happy not to be bothered...are they a couple in real life?
