im filing a new claim for unemployment here in the great state of Oregon and I still owe a debt for overpayment on my last unemployment claim, will the state garnish my new claim to pay the overpayment on the previous claim, if yes will they take all of my benefits until the debt is satisfied, or will they leave me anything to survive?
