the eddyline are right across from Providence Medical and I know that they are still under construction. They seem pretty expensive for Tualatin but I havent had a chance to check them out yet. I know there is a pretty big property in Wilsonville that Ive heard great things about but I cant remember their name. I would check out Forrest Rim apts their location would be great for you and its a nice place on the Tualatin river next to Nyberg Woods shopping and less than 600ft from I5

DC also check out the Townhouses behind Kaiser's med facility off SW 90th. Will remind you of metro DC and rent for around $2000 a month

They're right next to the town center and all that right there.which prob contributes to the price, 100yards from whole foods, movies, dining, shopping. I was thinking tualatin where the best mix. Forest rim seemed the only comparable property, mill gave to check it out in person, eddyline thoroughly impressed and put Portland itself off the top spot
