Double check the addresses against school ratings on a website like greatschools.org before you actually view a house; some of these zip codes all the houses in them will have great schools, some of the zip codes such as 97006 you can end up with schools ranked 10 and schools ranked 3 in the same zip code.
You can go directly to school district websites such as PPS, Beaverton School District, Clackamas County School District to check out school demographics and state test scores.

Beaverton is sooooooo diverse! You'll love it. Beaverton's school district has 93 different languages. Mayor Doyle and the great City Council have worked very hard to create inclusivity by creating a Diversity Commission, and the Human Rights Advisory Commission used to host community conversations with different ethnic groups. There's been an international celebration each summer, for five years I think. Ten Tiny Dances is also a celebration of diversity.

You didn't mention what version of Asian you are, but there's a huge Korean community, and a huge Indian/ Southeast Asian community. Check out APANO.org (Asian Pacific American Network of Oregon) as well as CPACC.blogspot.com Colored Pencils Art & Culture Council for starts.
