Just moved to Hillsboro in August, I received my ballot in the mail, but my wife did not receive hers. Not sure why, but it happens. When we search online for polling places, it only shows drop off locations.

Where can one find a physical polling location?

I could be wrong on this, but I thought voting in Oregon was only by mail. I don't remember there being a designated place to vote. I always voted by mail when I lived here. I'm sure someone will reply with better info for you

I guess that would be an answer as to why I cannot find any polling places. Thanks!

As it's so close to election day you'll need to go to your county elections office. I'm not sure if someone is there today, but I would try being just three days out.

Thanks for the info! Just called and it looks like she registered too late. Little does the DMV tell you, but it takes about 28 days for their systems to sync with the election office. She missed the deadline by a day.

Are you saying they can't issue a ballot at the office after Nov. 4th? That's too bad.

She thought her new license instantly registered her to vote. While automatic, it is not instant. The dmv didn't send her info for registration until after the deadline to register for this election.

I suggest that you drive your ballot to a drop off place. I wouldn't trust the post office to get it there on time. Ballots must be in by the deadline, post mark doesn't count.

There is a ballot box at my branch library. Look online at your county elections office for a list of places with ballot boxes.
