Dumb question, has anyone ever had issues with the address license stickers in other cities? I'll have my Passport with me, but my husband and I are renting a car and I'm weirdly nervous the rental car place won't trust my license since got an address sticker after we bought our house. Anybody had any issues or am I just overthinking?

Not a problem. I'll bet more people have them than not these days because our license last 8 years.

I've never had a problem. If you are really worried, carry your latest utility bill that has your name and address on it.

The car rental is going to be much more interested in whether or not your credit card goes through.

You might want to carry proof of your auto insurance and call your agent to verify you are covered in a rental car. Also, some of the credit cards that used to give supplimental insurance coverage for rental cars have discontinued that benefit, so verify that, too.

You are overthinking it. All they really care about is that you have a valid licence and valid credit card, especially the second part.

Just switched insurance co's when we got homeowners, and rental coverage was one of the first things I asked, so I know I'm good on that front.

Thanks everybody! I figured it would be nothing, but didn't hurt to just check!
