My brother lives in Portland, and sometimes I would like to go and visit. As everyone should know, I love pink, however, I am not sure if I should stick out like a sore thumb there. Here where I live in the Phoenix area of Arizona men wearing pink isn't unusual, however, Portland is a much cooler climate (even though winters are not extremely cold). I wonder if fall/winter colors dominate in Portland. Portland is a very different culture from Phoenix, so I would like to know.

It is rare to see men wearing pastel colors. Take a look at the Columbia Sportswear shirts line and find something that will also wear well in Phonix https://www.columbia.com/shirts-men/...&prefv1=16%7C9

Not my preferred style, although I wonder if this is what is popular in Portland. I am more into preppy styles. I could look into the preppy-styled brands' fall/winter collections to look into darker or more neutral shades; I do have black and dark teal pullover fleeces. I also have a dark brownish-purple colored polo shirt.

Pink is more of a "golf clothes" and tropical color. Not popular color schemes in the northwest.

Although do you really care if you stand out? Why?

I was addressing color which was your question. I have no idea about your clothing style preference.

You can also flip through the NIKE Golf offerings. https://store.nike.com/us/en_us/pw/g...shirts/ahaZoer

There is a selection of light lavender shirts.

Depends on the season. For guys, greys, blacks, navy, and other dark colors are more normal, especially in winter. I assume you are talking about the casual scene and not corporate work dress. Pink would be a bit odd, especially in winter. But not that odd in the summer with shorts or something.

But honestly, Portland is very casual. Here's how younger Portlanders dress when they go out clubbing:

Odd that considering that Portland is the City of Roses that pink is not popular with men (many roses are actually pink).

No one in Portland will care if you wear pink and dress preppy. it won't be what other people are wearing but absolutely no one will care about your clothing choices.

You could wear a wizard's robe and ride a unicycle, and no one will accuse you of being odd.

Just grow your beard out to about a foot long with no trimming or grooming and then you can wear anything and fit in.
