I know this is a boring question but my sister is moving to Portland in a few months and would like to get a hold of a good realtor in the area. Anyone had any luck or good experience with one in particular?
thanks

We are using an exclusive buyer's agent (no listings of their own...lowest potential for conflict of interest). A true EBA (no dual agency) is harder to come by, but well worth it in my opinion. My criteria was an EBA with many years representing buyers in the area in which we want to live.

I won't recommend our agent quite yet since we're early in the process, but so far so good.

I used Mary Norquist with Coldwell Banker, she did a great job and I would recommend her to anybody.

Since I can't recommend myself, I'd choose Amiee Gray from ReMax. She is terrific and very qualifed! She was my realtor when we sold our house. She represents both sides (buyer's and sellers) but she is very honest and trustworthy!
