It's time to get new phones and sign up for a new contract, *BUT* with us moving out there in six weeks, we're afraid the service we've had in the past won't do... Er, well, we KNOW it won't. So, who has decent service out there? We've seen a lot of Verizon towers registered so will that work out there?

Thank you in advance!
~Kelly

I have an iPhone and have no problems with AT&T here, but Verizon probably has the best coverage in the area. T-mobile and AT&T are fine here also.

You will be fine, you should get excellent service pretty much anywhere from Portland all the way down to Ashland. You might hit some weird areas with less service, but that happens anywhere.

The Willamette Valley is very up-to-date and modern, plenty of cell service everywhere. Verizon works surprisingly well in Central Oregon too, which is quite nice because it's more rural out there.

The Valley has all of them. I use Varizon on the coast.
