Also, do not expect to see many people singing or dancing in the streets. You will see quite a few people carrying signs. Not too many will say "Love" but some will imply love for money.

It's a nice video but it could have been taken in most cities I have been to. Only the buildings would look different. It's a wonderful sales pitch for tourism.

Um, do you live in Portland, or are you out in the suburbs (e.g., Beaverton, Lake Oswego)? I happen to live in Goose Hollow right downtown, and if you go to Skidmore in the summer it is not uncommon to see the street music scene happening. I don't think that the video is unrealistic at all actually, other than the amazing weather.
