My period came on time in November. But it was two days heavy and one light, when usually it lasts 5 days where the first 3-4 are pretty heavy. There were a few days between now and then when I felt nauseas. My period came two days late this month, and only lasted one day with light bleeding and now brown blood. I've taken 4 or 5 pregnancy tests and all have came back negative. So if I'm not pregnant what the heck else could it be?

Could mean your cycle is changing or becoming abnormal for various reasons. Have you started an activity that you usually do not do? Exercising, sports, etc.? Have you stopped eating or started eating a certain food or drink, have you decreased your water intake? Do you have family history of ovarion diseases? I would suggest go to your doctor so he/she can ease your mind. Your body is going through changes constantly; I did not have my cycle for over two months, took pregnancy tests and they all came back negative, went to the doctor and they said I wasn't pregnant and that it could be stress. Are you stressed about anything? Discuss this with your doctor; it could be nothing at all or something serious.
Yes, as suggested, see a doctor. No one here is really going to be able to diagnose you. It could be anything from hormonal problems, to pregnancy, to a cyst, all sorts of things. Your body is telling you something is going on, get it checked out.
I was in a similar situation, and it turned out to be an ovarian cyst. My dr prescribed me a high dose of hormones that caused the cyst to pass (very VERY painful) but after that, my cycles returned to normal. Good luck!
