I agree...my line was sooo faint I really could barely see it. I left it sitting there, and when my hubby saw it, he called me at work and demanded to know why I hadn't told him yet!! lol It was positive, and got darker pink as the day went on, too.

i used a rite aid brand of pregnancy test and the first time it came out negative. 2 days later with the same test it was positive. Sometimes if you take it a couple of days later it becomes much more clearer. Good luck and i hope you get the result that you are looking for!

I baught a test at the dollar store for a buck and it came up REALLY faint. I had to put it up against light and slant it this way and that way. But a posititve at all IS a positive. If it's slight you definitely are. If it's a negative, there is still a chance of pregnanacy.

Good luck! Babies are #1

Yes. I had the same situation. I called the 800# on the box. Then I went out and bought 2 more tests. Turns out it was positive, and was probably so faint because I was about 2 weeks late. I would call the #, and then try again.

Thanks for all of your posts I do appreciate it. I went to the dollar store and bought three tests, I took one the other day, with 2nd morning urine, and just as miasmommy said, I had to hold it to the light and tilt it to see a THIN FAINT line. So I'm still not sure I haven't gotten a positive that makes me believe I am actually pregnant. I did throw up yesturday morning, and my period is officially late, so I'm going to retest tomorrow morning with first morning urine, and I will let you guys know.. Thanks again!

The lines with my dd were so faint... I took 2 more, just to be sure! Of course we had been "trying" hard for 18mos. I couldn't have been more than 11 days along when I took the test.

I would go to your doctors and ask for a blood test. The earlier you find out about pregnancy the better. I had typical pregnancy symptoms even before i thought i was pregnant. i just thought it was that time of the month lol. The only thing that was different was that i had a weird craving for buffalo chicken instead of chocolate

My first time I was pregnant, I went to the doctor and let them administer the test. The doctor told me I was pregnant. The second time (2 years later), I called the doctor and asked if I needed to come in and was told that the at home tests are so accurate that if it says I'm pregnant, I am. If you're not sure, I would go to the doctor.
