No I haven't, but I have used other store brands and a positive is a positive! You can always retest using another brand--The first time I was pregnant, I tested with 3 different tests on the same day--all were positive but some darker than others--Hope this is good news for you.

I'd retest with at least one other brand.

I have had evaporation lines come up before, which are not a positive result. Is your period late yet? I'd advise waiting a day or two and re-testing. Try to use first morning urine if possible, especially if you're not late yet or only a day or two late.

Hope you get the result you're hoping for!

Re-test for sure. Try a digital readout test.

I agree that positive is positive! Even a very faint line means that you are making HCG an you wouldn't be making pregnancy hormone if you weren't pregnant!

I think even a faint positive is a positive! the earlier you take it, the fainter it is, I think.

If the line was gray or otherwise colorless and it came up after the 10 minute test window, then it may be an evaporation.

Otherwise, a line is a line.

I'd grab a few more and do one a day for a couple for your own assurance, but I have to agree, a line is a line. It's not unheard of to get false negatives, but very rare to get false positives.

If you have a dollar store around you, go grab 20 of their brand. They work just as well as the other brands are you can buy a lot more to play around with too. GL!

Here is some interesting information on all sorts of pregnancy-test-related things, including telling the difference between an evaporation line (which are quite common) and a positive test.
