It's Prescott, but I can't remember all the neighborhood and development names.

Me neither!! LOL! I've been in this town for 7 years now and still haven't been to all the neighborhoods and developments either. Couldn't remember the names or anything! LOL! It's getting bigger, that's for sure.

3 days ago, was the first time I had ever been to StoneRidge. I have a best friend, who I just met a few months ago, who lives there and I was spending a lot of time with her 3 days ago. It's a beautiful neighborhood. Beautiful houses.

Regarding subdivisions, there are quite a few nice ones in the area. Certainly some less desirable neighborhoods too, like the ones you see on the hills between P and PV when driving through. But overall, a home is a home, it is what you make of it. Some just make more of it than others.

Well, there are over 500 named subdivisions in this area, so I'm not surprised you haven't been to them all! I would be shocked if you had. Prescott has the majority of the subdivisions. Many of them have less than 20 homes in the subdivision! The Prescott Lakes area alone has more than 20 subdivisions in it.

'The Ranch' has been known to have quite a strict HOA. I've talked to some people who do not like that subdivision due to the strict HOA and regulations.
