Does anyone know what’s going in at the corner of Iron Springs and Miller Valley where the old school was ? We’ve noticed the buildings taken out and land being cleared. A prime piece of real estate I would imagine.

You would think that, but apparently it's just going to become a parking lot for YRMC (at least short term - perhaps it will have a medical facility longer term). Seems like such a waste. Correct. It is going to be a temporary parking lot for YRMC employees until the new parking structure is completed. I have no idea what will happen to it after that. Presumably the owners are leasing the land to YRMC until they can sell or lease it to someone else.
