I'd put the Bills above the Ravens. The Ravens loss at home to the Chiefs was worse than the Bills lose at home. Bills loss a 3 point game in which the kicker missed a game tying FG attempt with under 2 minutes left. The Ravens lost a 7 point game.

The Bills/Chiefs game was back and forth for the entire game. For much of the Chiefs/Ravens game the Chiefs lead the entire game.

I'd maybe have the Packers ahead of Detroit as well. While Detroit had a big lead in their game against the 49ers it seemed like Packers really controlled the game against the 49ers and should have won as well. They also played better defensively.
