Everyone has seen the famous collision with Earl Campbell on the end zone..He was one to remember........

Am I the only one that thinks it was ridiculous for ESPN to note that Tatum will be remembered for paralyzing a guy in a 1978 preseason game?

I was not alive when he played. So I have a difficult time recalling that.

Of course, he was a key ingridient in arguably the most famous play in NFL history, "The Immaculate Reception" when he collided mid-air with Frenchy Fuqua, causing the ball to go caroming backwards to Franco Harris.

Also, who could forget Super Bowl XI, when he almost took Sammy White's head off. Surprisingly, White held onto the ball.
