No MVP or Player/Coach of the year award is based on the postseason, (unless its finals/championship game/series MVP) like when Dirk Nowitzki of the NBA's Dallas Mavericks won League MVP a few years back, when the team went 67-15 in the regular season but choked in the playoffs, losing in six games to the #8-seeded Warriors.

You're right! It should be tomlin!!! Starting QB gone for the first 4 games, tons of injuries to key players, and still we're in the superbowl !!!
