It's a nice thought. Even if they just had Gronk, it would be awesome. Of course if Gronk *and* Hernandez were there, there's no scheme to defend that. Although I wonder if the running game would have developed as it has.
Anyway, that's what makes the NFL such an iffy sport. Injuries are part of the fabric and adds such a random element it's hard to predict.
I like all the match ups (qb to qb, rb to rb, etc.) I *don't* like playing in Mile High, that's got me concerned.
I've got my Vinny Wilfork Jersey all ready! Win or lose I'm proud of them this season.
It's a team effort.....but Coach B consistently puts the pieces of the puzzle together as far as players go.
If anything this year the fans knew enough not to leave the stadium when the Pats were down, so many nail biters.
I hope they go all the way and I am also proud of how they took what was thrown at them as far as injuries and distractions and still made it to the playoffs.
May sound crazy but in my opinion these two playoff games are going to generate more excitement than the Superbowl

Injuries are the great equalizer in sports and at this point, every team is banged up. It sucks the Patriots have been killed with injuries, but the team has plowed right through. That is why the job Bill has done this year has been so great.
Hard to lament a 12-4 season that has included another division title, playoff appearance and AFC title game appearance.
It's also the reason why winning the Super Bowl is the toughest title to win hands down out of the major American sports.
