Rod Smith is officially out for the season as is Jarvis Moss. Denver will either rise up and upset the Lions, or they are going to get their clock cleaned. Sam Adams is the latest veteran to be shown the door. Wasn't a big surprise, though. Shanahan may or may not be bagging the season by seeing if anyone on the practice squad can do better than Adams.
