Broncos 34, Chargers 24: The Chargers played the perfect game in that Thursday Night Football game just a few weeks ago. They will need to do it again to have a chance this week. I simply don't see the Broncos coming out and playing such flat and uninspired football again, considering all the background.
Patriots 27, Colts 17: As amazing as that comeback was, you can't ignore that the Colts were down 28 points on their home turf. Kansas City went into a prevent and the Colts closed. The Patriots won't make that mistake.
Seahawks 24, Saints 14: The Seahawks are the better team and they are playing at home. I don't see them trouncing the Saints the way they did in that 34-7 beat down, but they will win.
Panthers 19, 49ers 13: I know everyone wants to see 49ers-Seahawks 3.0, but I just have a feeling the Panthers spoil it for us all.
Broncos
Panthers
Seahawks
And my upset special ... the younger, hungrier lion takes down the old leader of the pride, Andrew Luck and the Colts shock the world and KO the Brady bunch in Foxboro.
... Though I bet Belicheat's gonna try and use his weather machine to get a blizzard going and try and stengthen their home field advantage
Seahawks win at home (at least this weekend) over Saints (cause we all know Saints can not win on the road in the playoffs)
Colts over Pats. This is partially wishful thinking since I grew up in Indy (long before the Colts) and I want to see the Colts vs Broncos next week end.
Broncos over Chargers. Someone already pointed out that the Chargers needed BOTH a perfect game and the Broncos playing very flat to win last time. THAT. WILL. NOT. HAPPEN. THIS. WEEK.
49ers over Carolina. With two well rounded teams, I think playoff experience and motivation from last year
tip the balance.
Interesting that this years final eight has four young quarterbacks and four very experienced elite quarterbacks. Could this be the changing of the guard?
Slo I hope you are right about the Bronco/Charger game. I just got a ticket to the game.
Chargers are playing well, but Denver/Peyton at home......it shall be
