I agree! I remember all the comments about SB45 and what? No cheerleaders??? Like it was a major deal both teams not having cheerleaders! College students cheer at the home Packer games, a great idea! Two schools, UWGB and St. Norbert's squads, those kids probably look at it as a great opportunity.
there's fewer and fewer opportunities for professional cheer leaders and I for one don't relish the thought of their jobs being out-sourced overseas like so many others, I say we need more cheer leaders not fewer. I would like the gov't to subsidize the profession and expand the opportunities for cheer leaders beyond just NFL, NBA, Hooters and naughty car washes and station them to welcome home our troops at freeway entrance/exit ramps, hospitals, Motor Vehicle offices and airports.
