Not a trade, but I'm surprised he retired as he could get another big check. But sounds like a higher power is guiding him...I hope the same power had him save some money.
OP where are you getting your mis-information with regards to Mario? I spend a decent amount of time on Bills messages boards and I can't find a single thread discussing any sort of Mario trade. And believe me, if a trade was even rumored, Bills fans would be running around like the sky is falling.

Jared Allen is a free agent and is looking at five different teams for his next move in his career. I think there's some wishful thinking that he could go to Denver. And if they wanted him, it would at least mean his talent would fill an obvious need (that exists since Elvis Dumervil broke up his Elvis-Von passer-rushing duo). But I am guessing that 4 other teams on the brink might want him too and offer better terms.
Don't understand the business side of Williams, but I don't think Buffalo can afford to weaken itself.
