ummm.. NFC East really rocked this year, this is the 3rd time these two teams meet each other and I think it's ALMOST impossible to beat the same team 3 times in one season so I got the Giants.

I don't think its impossible.

You'd have to go back and look up how many times this has happened...

Yeah, but who would've thought it possible to lose 4 straight Super Bowls. Surely the Bills could've tripped over a win eventually.

You missed the word "ALMOST" I had before the word "impossible". It's possbile but highly unlikely, how's that?

Honestly, unless someone shows that a team going for the 3rd win is like 1-8 in the past 10 years, I don't buy it one way or the other.

"mentally" it might be hard, (harder than not facing a team for the 3rd time), but I just think w/the extra week off (80% of teams w/a bye win the divisional playoffs), Dallas will pull it out...
s/b a good game though

statistics and percentages are lame, but the giants got some momentum on their side. im going with a close game win by the giants.

Every team who wins in the first round of the playoffs has "momentum".

Statistics are not lame. There's a reason why historically 80% of the teams w/a bye win in in the 2nd round.

Line is 7 1/2 points.

I agree it'll be a good game but I disagree about Dallas winning. Dallas has not played very well for 3 or 4 games now, Romo has looked pretty average, their D is not playing well and they have some dude named Wade as their coach, and they have already beat the Giants twice this year so the Giants will be very motivated. The Giants are on a roll, I love the way they played the Patriots, I think they'll pull it out in the big D. Either way, as you said, it'll be a great game.

yea but with the giants performance at the end of the regular season and eli getting some confidence the giants have A LOT of momentum. the reason why historically 80% of the teams w/a bye win in the 2nd round is usually the 2 best teams in the conference get the top 2 seeds. i would assume that the better team wins 80% of the time just because they are better. with that said, there is also a reason why they loose 20% of the time. statistics are lame and they are from the past.
