I think at the end of this season, it is time to move on from Rueben Randle. It is now, what? 3 or 4 years (Im not going to bother checking) of inconsistent play? Well, actually, he has been consistently underwhelming. I wouldnt be mad if they decided to start Washington in his place the rest of the season. How many big plays has Randle actually made? I can recall drops and wrong routes easily!
I agree, i've seen enough of randle. Washington should be on the field for the rest of the season, lets see what the kid can do. I really don't know what else to say at this point, very very disappointed with how this season is playing out. After last seasons disaster i had high expectations for this season but this has been a disaster and we still have 8 games to go.
I have no reason to believe that the Giants are going to stop the run today, so I think the Niners are going to win--especially with Williams out. I know he isn't a world beater, but he is the Giants three down linebacker, and I don't like the ideas of what they are going to do without him.
That 49ers Defense is stellar. Definately its their strength and capable of carrying them into a playoff berth. The offense on the other hand has had its struggles this season and kept the Giants in the game.
If nothing else, they have to do something drastic with that offensive line. I dont think there is anything they can do about the running game now. We can expect this the rest of the season. No gains from the ground game, and Manning & Co facing third and forever...
