Why does Brandon Jacobs think that he is Barry Sanders? The guy is huge and instead of putting his shoulder into a DB that is half his size, he wants to hurdle him and fumbles as a result. He almost lost this game for the Giants by himself. I think his coaches need to remind him of who he is and what they expect, namely HOLD ONTO THE BALL!!!!!
Seriously, BJ doesn't need to be hurdling. He's a train who should just plow through defenders. I'm sure Coughlin had a nice chat w/ him after the game.
Speaking of hurdling, that was pretty sweet what Boss did during the game.

As the Giants dismantled the Eagles, the commentators couldn't stop gushing about that offensive line NorthJersey.com: Pocket protectors (http://www.northjersey.com/sports/Pocket_protectors.html - broken link)
I wouldn't call 36-31 "dismantling." Anyways, the Giants do have a good team and I would have to pick them to win the NFC at this point.
Although, they very well could have lost to the Eagles if the refs ruled that Eli was over the line of scrimmage before he released the ball. He was clearly over the line before the ball was released.

Considering that you are an Iggles fan, you see the game one way. As a Giants fan, I see it as the Giants almost handing the game to the Iggles by fumbling the ball away and taking dumb penalties. In other words, they almost beat themselves.

LOL @ the term "pocket protectors".

Did you see the same replays the rest of the world saw? Do you know the rules for an illegal forward pass that was explained at least half a dozen times? Yes, most of Manning was over the line of scrimmage. But a heel was still behind it. Therefore, it was a legal forward pass. End of discussion. Deal with it.
