So, if my predictions come true I'm guesssing you will blame everyone but Brett or can I get some pre-agreement that he is so good he won't *let* this happen?

If my predictions DON'T come true, I will give $10 to the american cancer society for each one of the three I get wrong.

Put up your predictions. You can't just bet against mine, because they are "laughable". One of yours should be something like top 5 or 6 in passer rating?

New offense, so I don't expect it to be perfect. But I expect Favre to be in the top 10 passer ratings (any qb that doesn't start 8 games or more does not count). I also expect the Jets to finish at .500 or greater. Favre getting booed? Maybe. But I will bet that he gets booed WAY less than Rodgers. I'll also go ahead and put out there that I bet fans will be fairly quick to start wanting Brohm to get a shot if Roders is mediocre or worse. We could have a bigger qb controversy on our hands with Favre gone than we did with him trying to come back.

So thats 5 for me, and I'll put $10 to the Humane Society for every one I miss.

Oh you mean like before this started Chad Johnson saying he wasn't coming into camp. Maybe it was the guys getting arrested. AHHH yes I miss those stories.

Also Rodgers will have a better QB rating and win more games this year than Favre.

Is that all you got??? Hey look, I can deal with that as it doesn't dominate the news 24/7 for months at a time....they actually get some other interesting stuff in there between breaths....but seriously common' this BF and packers stuff is wayyyyy extreme....almost like they think we care.

Rodgers may have a better rating and I hope he does.....whatever it takes to lessen the BF/packers coverage i'm all for

Fair enough. This will give us something to kick around if our teams start to stink it up. :-) Have a good night. - MG

Yes, it is all the Packers and Favre's fault that the media likes drama and that is what they choose to cover.

Trust me, Favre and the Packers would of rather that not of been a media circus. The media chooses what to cover, its not the team or Favres fault that is all you have heard about.

R U Serious?? You really don't think it was thier fault?? Like the media is in charge of what BF and the packers do??? Your crazy.

First of all, it was BF's fault for not being able to make up his mind in a timley manor so that GB could figure out what the heck they were doing.....Thennnn....it was BF's fault yet again for apparently retiring when he really wasn't ready.......then, it was the packers fault for not communicating with BF directly regarding the probability of him coming back which led to the involvment of 3rd parties thus the un-necissary public outburst. Thennn.....again, the packers stupid fault for offering him 20k not to return.....then, the whole "should we trade him, should we not" rediculous fiasco with the blame on both of them.....You think the media is responsible for ALL that???? lol wow. okay.

Comprehension is key.

You obviously have none.

It is not the media's fault that all of that happened obviously. It is the media's fault for allowing it to dominate their mediums. BF and the Packers did not ask that their situation and problems get all the coverage all the time. The media choose to cover that all the time.

If you reread my post and actually attempt to comprehend what was said, you would understand that.

Well was it the Packers or Favre that had "Favre takes a penalty lap" all over the news?
