Last year Kaepernick decided to wear a pro Castro t shirt and when questioned about it actually DEFENDED Castro as if he were a great misunderstood man and not a communist dictator who killed thousands and led to tens of thousands fleeing their homeland..

Kaepernick made his bed and now he gets to sleep in it, yes it is a free country and one can protest and say whatever one likes, that doesn't mean prospective employers are somehow obligated to hire you...

Because he is Kaepernick only with more of an injury history....neither of them can play from the pocket, read defenses or make the quick decisions needed to thrive as a NFL QB

If all the players(both high level and low level) decided to boycott, the owners would certainly cave in. Even if only the Black players decided to boycott, it would hurt the league significantly, as they make up the majority of the NFL players.

Those were contract issues. Kaepernick is not. Let's pretend in some alternate reality that the players stage a wildcat strike over him. You don't think the organizers on every team would be out the door?
Kaepernick is a distraction. The question is if there's a team where the need for a quarterback outweighs the distraction variable.

The owners are reflecting the demands of the fans.
A significant portion of fans would boycott the NFL if the owners were to make a habit of allowing the game to be infested with cheap political theater.
