Not about the claims of the article... but that you swallowed them hook, line and sinker.

First, nothing about the article makes sense. The NFL doesn't just 'announce' expansion. It goes through a long (and very public) process of pitting one city's bids against another so the league gets the best deal. And it is not in the commissioner's power to expand the league - it takes a supermajority of owners. Think really hard - are 32 owners going to keep quiet? For no reason?
Second, your link looks pretty sketchy. That's a huge red flag. You obviously didn't google something like goodell+expansion+london, which would have revealed... nothing. Dontcha think that, just maybe, ESPN (not to mention every other news source) would be covering this huge story? And yet, none are. And if you'd bothered to google the site, react365.com, you'd have found out that it's a site that allows users co create their own (not very) realistic looking 'news' stories.
