I always thought Berman was overrated. Tom Jackson was one of my most notable voices from watching football and I think he is more football competent than Berman IMO.
I was a fan of the show growing up but with YouTube uploading game highlights an hour after games end it's just hard to get into shows like Primetime. I wish them the best though and if there's demand to bring it back on regular ESPN then thats great!
Tom Jackson never brought any real analysis or insight. And some of his overly emotional drama riddled claims were boorish. Quick to assume Rich Incognito had to be a racist long before all the facts had come out. Stating in the immediate aftermath regarding the Rush Limbaugh/McNabb controversy, that a little kid had asked him if it was ok to dream about being an NFL QB, being that he was black. To which I believe about as much as I do the tooth fairy. The guy is wishy washy in my books.
Wish they’d bring them both back on regular ESPN prime time show, hopefully they will.
Will someone be able to watch them online for free?
