So I was talking to a 25ish year old guy in a bar last night. He asked me who I root for. When I said Eagles, he said he was a Cowboys fan but that he likes the Eagles too. I told him that it wasn't possible to do that. He said that it was and that the Eagles are his second team.

Is anyone else as confused as I am? I told him that he was a fraud and that he was in total violation.

i have been a cowboys fan since 1972, but i have also been a eagles fan for years. i also like the redskins, the steelers, the raiders as well.

and while the cowboys are my favorite team, i am a fan of the game. and if we get down to it, while the cowboys are my favorite, team, i am also an NFC east fan as well. its like who i root for in college, arizona first, any pac-12 team NOT playing arizona, and then various teams after that.

I'm like you.

Dude is 25... no history of the rivalry... that kind of stuff is not a big deal as much as it used to be.

That game turned the clock back about 8 years... to the McNabb/Reid days.

Defense... good. Offense... Real bad.

Interesting note: 1-5 in the last six regular season games.

More like that game turned the clock back about 80 years, to the inept early days of the Eagles franchise.

dallas did dominate that game didnt they? still the eagles have potential, they just have to get everyone together on the same page, today they were not even in the same book.
