What's your favorite, all-time Super Bowl team (as in: year or decade)?

It's a Helluva Town!
What city do you think is best to host the Big Game?

A simple "yes" or "no"....
Should the Super Bowl become an official holiday?

5th Quarter

Let's see... how can I ask this without merging this thread with The Super Bowl 43 thread.....? Hmmm.... Okay, I got it!

Which would you rather see? The Steelers become the first team to win 6 Super Bowls, or the Cardinals finnish their Cinderella season?
1) Kevin Dyson coming up a yard short of tieing the game against the STL Rams.

2) 2006 Colts of course

3) New Orleans; or Indianapolis in 2012!

4) no

5) This one is dedicated to TexasGirl@Heart .............GO CARDS!! STOMP THAT UGLY TOWEL INTO THE GROUND!!!! (beyond my new found disdain for that stupid, yes STUPID towel; I don't care. Honestly I have issue or real care for either team; but go Cards anyway I suppose)

I actually agree with the Whitney Houston thing.

2. Steelers 1979 SB team. 9 hall of fame players - Webster, Bradshaw, Harris, Stallworth, Swann, Greene, Ham, Lambert, Blount - HOF Coach - Noll. Greatest. Team. Ever.

You think? Great team, but they didn't go undefeated and they only went 12-4. I do recall the Bengals whuppin' them during that year 34-10. Now the 1978 Steelers were one of the best ever going 14-2. I know they beat my Bengals 7-6 when the Bengals were a pitiful 1-10 at the time.

3. Bring it to the cold weather cities that the NFL was built on - Chicago, Philly, NYC, Pittsburgh, Cleveland, DC. Enough of this sunshine crap. Play it in the snow. This is football, not women's tennis.

Would you be saying this if Pittsburgh wasn't a cold-weather city?

4.No

5.One for the other thumb! Steelers win #6

theroc5156,

2. We agree. I worded it poorly, but I was refering to the 78-79 team. I meant the team that played in the 1979 superbowl coming off the 1978 regular season.

4. I live in So Cal now & have had the opportunity to go to a Super Bowl in San Diego because of it's location. Having said all that, yeah I still think it sucks that the cities that have supported the NFL since its beginning do not get to host the big game.

What's your favorite Super Bowl moment?
Garo Yepremian's pass in 1973 Dolphins vs. Redskins.

The Untouchables
What's your favorite, all-time Super Bowl team (as in: year or decade)?
73-74 Miami Dolphins

It's a Helluva Town!
What city do you think is best to host the Big Game?
Cleveland.

A simple "yes" or "no"....
Should the Super Bowl become an official holiday?
No, that's silly. But if any "official"ness is to be legislated, it's that the game should kick off no later than 4 p.m. EST.
