In case you didn't know already. Done deal. Basically it's Cutler for Orton and two #1s.
Wow.
Sounds like a win/win to me.

I was hoping he'd go to Detroit but I guess you're right about the "win/win".

What a great day to be a Bears fan. Good job Angelo for getting it done.

I'm frankly amazed CHI did this. Bear fans have to be all put peeing their pants.

The Bears haven't had a good first rounder since Urlacher, well Tommie Harris as well but nothing close to their caliber for years. And we have been looking for a franchise QB since McMahon, over 20 years. I don't think there is a Bears fan out there that minds giving up those 2 first rounders for Cutler.

I hope it works out for ya'll but I just think that the Bears gave up way too much.

OK everyone can give me the pat on the back now.I said it earlier this week that more then any other team Chicago needed him.If they had a good QB they might have won it a few years ago. Now they'll have some consistency at QB and they also added Orlando Pace.Keep your eyes opened, I suspect they will sign a receiver next---maybe Marvin Harrison or someone of his caliber.

two 1st round picks is too much for a proven top-caliber QB? You kidding me? And as mike said, they haven't had squat for a QB in forever. I can't believe any Bear fan would be even mildly bothered by that or that anyone would think it's too much.
PS I wouldn't get too fired up about Pace - he's old and hasn't played a full season for several years.

Well its denver lost because if one of the first round picks is in 2010 and if the bears do good this season than denver loses out if they don't get to pick their two preferable players.
