Throwback weekend for the Bucs. Former USC head coach and Bucs' first coach - the late John McKay will be put in the Ring of Honor at Raymond James Stadium, Tampa along side of Lee Roy Selmon.
Man, it's dead over here. BucFan's conversing with himself, LOL. As a Falcons advocate/follower, ATL needs this more than Tampa Bay. 4 out of ATL's last 5 opponents aren't up to task. Guess where TB's at in that equation? After Atlanta's victory, BucFan, let me know if you think that the Dirty Birds are SB caliber.
BTW, regarding ATL - you've got to be impressed w/ their quick turn around after the Vick issue, Jim Mora firing, Bobby Petrino fiasco. What a great draft in getting Matt Ryan and hiring Mike Smith. Nice pick up w/ Gonzales and Michael Turner as well. I don't know if Rich McKay gets any credit for any of that.
I'm no ATL fan (or New Orleans or any other team in the league), but I wouldn't be upset if ATL won it all. Wouldn't it be interesting to see a Vick vs ATL NFC Conference final at the Georgia Dome?

It seems that America thinks they are SB caliber. The Falcons are ranked #1 in the power rankings.

Oh, okay. I am impressed that ATL has overcame all of the hurdles to be where they are right now. I really don't want to see Vick vs ATL because it'll be too much green in the Dome. I'd rather see us play the Saints (and get the W, of course) but it'll be a lot to take if Vick came back and beat us.

I've seen the rankings but there are still a lot of local doubters out there. I'm starting to visualize good things with ATL but I really don't want to act as if it's a foregone conclusion that they'll be hoisting the Lombardi piece.

Know matter how good a team is, you can never just assume they are going to win the SB.
I'm confused, why so much Green in ATL? Doesn't ATL sell their games out to their own fans? Sounds like the same issue facing Tampa with so many opponent fans filling the seats.
Hate these 4 pm kickoffs....got to wait a few hours until heading out to the stadium.....not much for tailgating.
