CK2 I love 5. But he is giving me mixed signals about staying in Philly. I don't know if you saw when he was interviewed recently by a reporter. The reporter asked Mcnabb if he will be an Eagle in 10. 5 brought on this West Indies accent like that 900 number Horoscope line that can predict your future.

That 900 number line was proven to be a fake.

Buffalo could use him with the way our QB's played. We could take anyone.

What do the Cardinals trade to get him here? Q? That would be spinning our wheels some.

I think Leinart is going to get a chance with this club. He won't put up the same numbers as Kurt, so don't draft him fantasy wise. I think he's going to be asked to look for Q or Fitz, and if they aren't there go to the next down. I can see more running, probably bring back in a FB and another blocking TE. This offense will change, but in 10 I think it will be Leinart's offense.

I don't think the football gods like me that much for the Eagles to trade Mcnabb.

If it happens it will be the happiest day of my life

Every offseason this question comes up. If he goes anywhere it likely won't be this offseason. I can see the Eagles trading Vick and getting a draft pick while grooming Kolb and using a pick on a QB somewhere in the first 4 rounds.

But as much as I love McNabb I think right now he's at the point where you can get maximum value. I believe we could get a late 1st/high 2nd and a conditional pick for him.

That being said, I'm impartial and I trust management to use the best judgement possible.

Hmm...I don't see how you can get max value for an 11 year NFL veteran, wouldn't "max value" have been several years ago? But I think I get it, since he is gonna play for a while, get rid of him now while he still has real value... For my money, you'll see him in green next year just like the last decade.

Really? You are definitely more optimistic than me there. I was thinking more a late 2nd or early 3rd. Not saying that McNabb is trash by any stretch, but I think his age and past injury history will factor into a decision to trade for him. But, we can only wait and see.
