Somehow she hit her head (or got hit).
She was very distressed when leaving.
My opinion is that she probably was doing stuff with him...He tried for intercourse she declined...No idea about the head, I can't imagine he'd throw his career away by intentionally striking a female. A forceful push against the wall with an accidental bumping of the head is more likely.
