Actually the Raiders back to LA. Both the 49ers and Raiders need new stadiums and nobody seems to be building them

At least the 49ers have a plan and a site picked out. (http://www.49ers.com/stadium/new-stadium.html - broken link)

The Oilers' leaving Houston was the fault of the owner. Also, Texas is the second-largest state, so in-state competition doesn't mean as much as it would in Wisconsin or Louisiana. Finally, Cleveland doesn't have D-I college football, if I'm not mistaken (have to drive 40-60 minutes to Akron, I believe). SA will (FCS/I-AA) in 2011.

I don't like the fact that they have the 'Niners and Raiders in basically the same metro area. Why not give a mid-sized metro area that does not have a team one?(San Antonio, Portland, etc.). I would love to see a team in Vegas, but it won't work because of all the illegal sports gambling.

To answer the O.P.'s question, I would have to say the Jaguars, due to poor attendance. I just hope that L.A. can support a team
