100% Jam proof cross cut shredder SB-99ci

Rating: 5 out of 5
  • Currently 5.0/5.0

The Jam proof cross cut paper shredder is a snap to use and looks good. I do not own one myself but have used a friends several times. My favorite feature on this machine is the safety feature. This feature has a safe sensor that stops the paper shredder from shredding when hands and fingers touch the paper opening. This feature is obviously a must when you have small children in the home. It isn't hard for a toddler to pull himself up on the machine and explore with his curious little fingers. This feature can also save your own fingers if you get distracted. Let's face it, accidents happen to the best of us.
Other than the excellent safety factor, this machine is very simple and convenient to use. It rolls on wheels wherever you need it to go. It even rolls effortlessly on carpet. It also has a pull out waste basket for easy clean out. It is simple to roll the machine over to a large garbage can and, with little mess, empty the basket out.
I would recommend the Jam proof cross cut paper shredder to others as I am looking into the purchase of my own. It is a very powerful machine that shreds everything from paper to staples, credit cards and CD's. For how powerful the machine is, it is surprisingly quiet. This allows you to do your office work quietly without disturbing others in the home. I have used other paper shredders before and this one clearly hold the most shredded material which you can run down to your nearest recycling bins or use for packing material if you happen to run or work for a company that ships items. This item , although, a little costly is well worth the money.
