Impecca Digital Picture Frame DFM-1512

Rating: 5 out of 5
  • Currently 5.0/5.0

The Impecca Digital Picture Frame is an excellent choice for displaying photos. This digital demon holds thousands of images and plays images from your memory card instantly without the user having to navigate menus. You can control the device manually or by using a remote control. This device is the perfect choice for a professional photographer or photo-enthusiast to show their pictures at a high resolution with image clarity and quality.

Images display brilliantly on this device. The display resolution is a whopping 1024x768 pixels resolution. This device is so smart it will automatically rotate your images if you turn the device. You can play music as your photos display or use the device as an alarm clock. Slideshow options for this device are single photos, thumbnails, or a slideshow with transition times. Two gigabytes of RAM ensures that your photos display seamlessly. Also included are a calendar feature and the ability to adjust brightness.

I love the fact that it stores a lot of photos and the features that come with the device such as auto-rotating photos. You can also wall mount the frame or display it on your desk. If I could change anything, I would ask the manufacturer to rewrite the manual because it leaves out a lot of information the end user needs to know. Also, speaker sound is not impressive and there is no adapter for an IPod.

The Impecca Digital Picture Frame DFM-1512 is not cheap at $300, but it is well worth the money. Customer reviews, for the most part, have been favorable. The picture frame has a one year parts and 90-days labor limited warranty.

Holds 8,000 pictures
2 Gig RAM
Wall mountable

The speaker sound is adequate but not great
The manual is poorly written
No outlet for IPod
