The Kitchen Aid Artisan Stand Mixer

Rating: 5 out of 5
  • Currently 5.0/5.0

If you are a home chef you will no doubt love the Kitchen Aid Artisan KSM150PSAQ325 food mixer which is an appliance that will make your life easy. The kitchen aid food mixer is a 610 watt commercial mixer made of die-cast zinc and aluminum and comes with a sturdy three pronged heavy duty cord. There are other attachments that accompany it that include a dough hook, a wire whip and a flat beater. The work bowl is made of heavy stainless steel and it has a special plastic pouring shield that ensures you do not mess up your kitchen worktop.

The food mixer is a compact size appliance which stands at 14"x8 ½" x 13 ¾" and weighing about 25 pounds with a one year full warranty which means you can trust it when you buy it. Using the KitchenAid mixer is a breeze and it has attachments that fit easily without much of a hassle. That means you set it up and snap it into business within no time. The mixer is dishwasher safe and because of its good size it can handle everything whether it bread dough or cake batter. The metal used in making the attachments is strong and sturdy and there is no danger of them breaking up anytime soon.

The attachments such as the dough hooks and flat beater are not only painted but also covered with gloss making it impossible for them to chip with use or even flake. It has ten speeds and a wide range of slow stirring to high power beating and selection of the speeds is such an easy deal because the control lever is atop the mixer. It comes in a variety of colors at a price of close to $250 to $400; it is a worthy cooking partner that will make your life pretty easy. The only downside is its slightly high price plus pours guard that may not be too strong.
