TAG Heuer Link Stainless Steel and Gold Watch

Rating: 5 out of 5
  • Currently 5.0/5.0

The Link watch from TAG Heuer is a different watch when compared with others from TAG Heuer. This is a watch that works with a more fashionable type of design and less of the sporty look that the company is known for. The transition from this type of watch to a basic type of watch is something that the company has done successfully.

The first thing that made an impact to me on this watch is the combination of the stainless steel and the 18-karat gold that is used here. The steel works with a tri-fold build no the wristband. This build works alongside a clasp closure and features a good mix between both the steel and the gold.

The gold can be found on the dial of the watch as well. The hands on the watch and the numbers on it are all gold. Even the bezel on the side of the watch is gold.

The face of the watch is especially well protected by a quartz crystal cover. This cover passed scratch tests in that it was able to handle rough edges without scratching. This adds to the durability of the watch and helps to ensure that it stays beautiful for a while.

A mother-of-pearl dial is also used here. This dial allows the watch to be able to work consistently and without too much of a problem. This is one of the most useful parts of the watch.

The watch is about $2400 in value through most retailers. This is about the same as other watches that work with the same 18-karat gold that this watch uses. Of course it is more expensive than that of other types of watches but it is great for anyone to take a look at when it comes to TAG Heuer watches.
