The Kettler Vito XL is a fantastic elliptical machine if youa re looking to kickstart an excersise routine of your own and are looking to buy yourself a great elliptical machine. It is sturdy, durable and very well-built, and has a lifetime warranty. With its steel tubed construction, the Kettler Vito XL is incredibly sturdy and heavy duty. Amazingly, for such a heavy duty ellitpical machine, the Kettler Vito XL is very quiet during use, no matter which direction in which you are pedaling, which is fantastic. There is also a great deal of resistance in the Kettler Vito XL that will allow you to adjust the kind of workout you recievie, and ensure that you remain challenged during your workout. The footplates are able to be adjusted, but the Kettler Vito XL's stride is limited to just 16 inches, perhaps one of the few negative qualities about the machine.
The LCD screen on the Kettler Vito XL displays workout information like the elapsed time, distance, calories, heart rate and resistance. Your heart rate is monitored through the sensors built into the grips of the machine, as well as an optional ear clip. The handgrips are fairly accurate and should be enough to give you an accurate heart rate reading
The computer built into the Kettler Vito XL also allows you to set all kinds of different goals thaty ou may want to work towards, including calories, time and distance, and shows how you have built upon these goals and just how far you have come. There is also a recovery pulse feature that lets you track the progress of your workout. The Kettler Vito XL also features rolling wheel and a water bottle holder.
Overall, the Kettler Vito XL is a great machine with few flaws. Great for beginners or experts.
