The Arctic cat F8 EXT Snowmobile

Rating: 4 out of 5
  • Currently 4.0/5.0

For those who love the white powdered slopes during winter nothing thrills them knowing they are riding in state of the art snowmobile such as the F8 XT Arctic Cat. This is a combination of the best features of its predecessors and has a 128 - inch tracked base and some of the best trail sleds anywhere in the snowmobile market. The well known Arctic cat Chassis and underpinning remain as stable as ever and when that is combined with the 794 cc Suzuki two stroke twin engine then you have in your possession a machine that is raring to take into the wild to enjoy the snow, and you almost hear your F8 XT saying, "give me more snow".

The F8 XT model has benefitted from many recent advances that have been born of the best research methods in engineering and that has resulted in what is called body saving technology. This Arctic Cat is known to hyper ventilate and it therefore causes its rider to be hoisted forward with 20% less bodily impact when compared to other snowmobiles of the same class and ratings. You will only realize the serious engineering that goes into this innocent looking machine when hold on the throttles of the F8 XT Arctic Cat as you tackle serious snow on some wintry slopes.
The construction of the rear suspension system of the F8 XT Arctic Cat snowmobile has borrowed a great deal from the lovely and safe slide action loved by the Cat series and it is fitted snuggly to let there be maximum traction in a 128 - inch track. It gives the rider a set up that allows him to be fully in control of the whole situation even when taking sharp bends at maximum speed. This means that the F8 XT can be ridden farther, longer, harder as well as faster than the competition. With the Arctic Cat F8 XT snowmobile you combine a 160 plus horsepower of the latest sleds with a 128 inch long track and the result is simply unbelievable.
