We love going to our local coffee house and getting cappuccinos, and lattes. Our financial situation changed and we had to make some cut backs so we decided to get an espresso machine. We did not know much about espresso machines so we decided to just go with a brand we know and love and a price range we could be happy with. I read up on this machine before we got it and it had mixed reviews. I decided to trust my instinct and get the Mr. Coffee espresso maker anyway. I am glad I did.
We have had our machine for a few weeks now and so far we like it. It took me some time to learn how to work the espresso maker right but once I learned I became a pro and now I can make them in no time. It makes good espresso and the foam is good. I wish the frothing arm would move but it is not necessary to make a good latte. This espresso maker is very easy to clean. It has a removable frothing aid and a removable drip tray. I can now enjoy a tasty mocha latte on a lazy Sunday morning while reading the news paper.
It is no coffee house latte but it is good enough for what we paid for it. I am happy we decided to get this Mr. Coffee espresso maker despite the negative reviews I saw on one site. I recommend this espresso maker to anyone who is looking to have a tasty latte or cappuccino, in the comfort of your own home and for a fraction of the price. So do not spend another penny at the coffee house. Run to Wal-Mart or target and buy this machine today.
