NordicTrack V7 Vibration Platform
Rating: 5 out of 5
Having heard so much hype recently from my friends who suffer similar joint, hip and back problems as I do, I wanted to go ahead and invest in my own vibration platform to help supplement my cardio workout, and make excersise a little bit easier on my body. While I'm agining, my body defintley isn't what it used to be, and I need to treat it right if I want to be able to keep up my excersise routine, which is very important to me.
I bought the NordicTrack V7 Vibration Platform after hearing some good reviews from my cousin, who had bought one for herself, as well as some positive online reviews.
I have to say, overall, I am pretty satisfied with the NordicTrack V7 Vibration Platform. While the machine won't replace my entire workout, I have to admit that I wasn't expecting it to. Of course, with any vibrating platform, you can't really perform lifts, but you are able to get your crunches, dips, squats and basic push-ups done - this is a quick, efficient way to work out that is also easy on your joints and muscles. My workout also managed to remain quite intense, but also was able to be completed much quicker. The machine is also great for stretching.
Usually, when I woke up I would feel a bit of pain in my neck and back area. It wasn't until I purchased my NordicTrack V7 Vibration Platform that the pain began to go away. I simply hop on in the morning, do some light stretching and it really makes a difference with easing up the pain I feel, and continues to make me feel great throughout the day. I wish I found this machine earlier, as it has impacted my workout and health greatly.
