This vacuum cleaner has nothing fancy about it. It comes in a standard two-tone blue and gray. The vacuum section easily lifts off and on the power head with a simple locking lever to lock it in place for use. The hose can be removed very quickly also to use it with attachments as a hand nozzle.
The brush level can be adjusted for smooth floors, low pile or higher pile and has a status monitor light system for the brush controller that is visible on the top of the power head. Green light for when everything is working well, a red light for when it's not. Both lights on indicate a need for an adjustment of the brush level. It is very easy to understand.
The bags for the vacuum are quite large and can be used quite a long time between changing. The machine does also include a filter level indicator to let you know that either the bag needs to be changed or there is a blockage somewhere. I really liked this feature.
The suction power on this machine is what we like most. It is a very powerful vacuum. At the same time is fairly light and easy to carry by the handle grip on the front of the tank. I carry up and down stairs without any problem at all.
If parts do need to be replaced the instructions are very easy to understand and the pieces are easy to access. There are two small filters which may need changing after a lot of use, but they are simple to snap out. The brush strip also slides right out the side of the power head for replacement. We have not had to replace any items on ours as of yet.
The price is a bit spendy, several hundred dollars, but we don't expect that we will ever have to replace this vacuum.
