This bike has a lot of fun features. It comes with the iFit workout card, first of all, which is nice because it is like a personal trainer each time you ride, and it keeps track of your workouts. There is a touchscreen and there are fun games you can play while you are working out to help motivate you. The games make me workout longer because they keep me entertained. For me, that is a big plus side because I get bored very easily when working out. There is also an iPod dock which is good because I need to listen to music while working out to keep me moving. The dock makes it super convenient to do so.
I like this bike better than typical bikes because it has a full seat, which supports my back and allow me to work out longer. On a regular bike seat I cannot workout for as long because it starts to hurt my back after awhile. Also, on a regular seat I find that I have to wear padded shorts or my butt starts to hurt. It is nice to be able to wear normal shorts or pants.
The drawback to this bike, and the entire reason for dropping a star in the rating is that the price is pretty steep. I know, I purchased it regardless so I really cannot complain about the price, but it does cost quite a bit. There are many bikes you can get cheaper, and many with a lot of the same features, but this one has it all. I would venture to say that it is worth the price, if you are willing to spend that kind of cash. I like this bike even better than the one I use at the gym and have recommended it to all my friends. Granted, most of them are not willing to pay quite so much for it, but if you can swing it, it is definitely the rolls royce of bikes.
